Here are some tips to help you make water exciting.
Do you know how much water you should be drinking each day? Many experts advise you to drink half your body weight in water each day (See graphic).
But not everyone can gulp down 60-100+ ounces of water each day as many people just can not stand the taste of plain water. So let us find some great ways to glamorize the water and give it a refreshing taste!
Have you tried infusing your water with fruit? My friend does it and is so refreshing! Another way to refresh your drink is by adding lemon juice; and it has some great health benefits too!
